We booked this hotel and we were blown away when we got there. It’s beautiful and located in a great area. The hotel and rooms are extremely aesthetic and the staff is great. A very special shout out to ISMAÏL, he checked us in, gave us many recommendations about what to do and where to eat in Paris. He also went completely out of his way to assist us with getting our metro cards at the metro station. I’m still in shock by his kindness and professionalism. We will always remember him, he really made this stay one to remember.

酒店內部設施很全還有洗衣機在歐洲玩了很多天中間可以洗衣服還是很好的前台小哥非常nice 給我們推薦了不少的附近周圍的餐廳和咖啡館附近也有好的麵包店和早餐店酒店旁邊就是能通往盧浮宮的地鐵線交通也很便利

非常差的體驗除了外表好看裡面什麼都不行和訂房網站上面的照片完全不符合訂的是洛克一室房有窗戶最後被安排到一樓沒有窗戶視野焊死的窗戶房間非常壓抑的酒店根本沒有陽光不説酒店燈光非常的暗而且燈光簡直是**一般的光這家酒店還自稱是設計師酒店請問哪個設計師可以設計出來這樣的佈局和燈光？好壓抑而且還沒有打掃衞生的服務酒店不給廁紙也不給垃圾袋食物也是黑暗料理….. 酒店周邊更是沒有什麼好吃的餐廳請大家一定避雷這家酒店！

We stayed for a week in this beautiful hotel, fantastic location near metro line 7, situated in a peaceful street but walking distance to many attractions, and nice restaurants. Although the full room cleaning is once a week, we have option to decide when to clean the room. We can replenish the toiletries, or change the towels anytime, we communicate through WhatsApp with the hotel, it really convenient! To have a mini kitchenette in our room enables us to prepare light breakfast, and late night supper, supermarket like city carrefour is only a few minutes away by foot. Everyone in the hotel are friendly, and welcoming, they will go extra miles to make sure the hotel guests feels at home, and our stays are memorable! we will definitely come back again!

設施：酒店很新，但設施保養得一般衞生：⚠️如圖所示，剛入住打開洗衣機一看裡面還有一衹臟襪子服務：前台大部分都很友好，但無奈客人很多，有點忙不過來巴黎新的帶洗衣機的酒店選擇不多，所以忍一忍也住了好幾次了，希望酒店能多關注一下衞生吧。。。

房間設施非常齊全，大廳辦公氛圍非常好，早餐的花園非常好看，但是感受了一下單獨購買早餐，覺得性價比不高，不是很推薦入住的時間有點晚，如果可以早些入住，那就完了，廚房設施非常齊全，洗衣機有自帶烘乾功能也很方便

The front desk staffs are really friendly and helpful, the room is pretty clean and they do offer enough equipments in the room for a longer stay. e.g. shampoo, conditioner, tableware etc. But there are 2 things I want to sound out: 1. A staff at the breakfast buffet was incredibly inappropriate. He basically went behind the buffet session, took a sandwich bite with his hand and ate it in front of me and other guests DURING breakfast hours. While I am against food waste, I just feel stupid I paid €75… 2. Don’t trust their pictures, I booked 2 rooms with terraces, in the pictures the terrace has a nice open street view, but in reality I got a room looking inside the hotel restaurant’s glass ceiling and another room with completely no view, which is very disappointing. They should at least include pictures of other potential room types.
